Your laundry will be machine washed at 30°C by default, with an option to upgrade to a 45°C wash. All items will be tumble dried. Typical laundry items include t-shirts, trousers, bed sheets, and undergarments. Please ensure that all items placed in the laundry bag are suitable for both machine washing and tumble drying. Do not include items that require dry cleaning, duvets, bulky items, shoes of any kind, or pet beds and accessories.

Service Options:

- **Mix Wash:** All items will be washed together with a colour catcher to reduce the risk of colour transfer. However, there is a slight possibility of minor colour run or transfer.

- **Separate Wash:** Your items will be separated by colour and washed individually to ensure that colours remain intact and unaffected.

For coffee shops, restaurants and heavy soiled laundry, we offer a 60°C wash option, which includes the use of degreasers for tougher cleaning needs.

Your items will be machine washed at 30°C, tumble dried, and professionally pressed. Common items include shirts, t-shirts, trousers, and bed sheets. Please ensure that all items placed in the laundry bag are suitable for both machine washing and tumble drying. Clothing will be returned on hangers, while bed sheets and tablecloths will be neatly folded.

For bed sheets, towels, and tablecloths, we offer a 60°C wash option, with the addition of bleaching agents for white linens when needed.

Your items will be professionally ironed. This service is ideal for clothes that have been prewashed at home or are brand new. Please note that stained, worn, or heavily creased items are not suitable for ironing-only service.

Your items will be expertly dry-cleaned and ironed. Dry cleaning is a waterless cleaning method designed to effectively remove dirt and debris from delicate garments. This service is ideal for items that require dry cleaning and ironing. Commonly dry-cleaned items include suits, dresses, and coats. 

All garments will be returned on hangers, with the option to request folded items if preferred.

Your items will be professionally wet cleaned and dried in moisture-controlled dryers. Wet cleaning is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional dry cleaning, allowing garments and textiles typically labelled "dry clean only" to be safely and effectively cleaned.
