How does it work?
About Droplet
Booking a service with Droplet is easy. Just place your order by phone, WhatsApp, online or through our app, and select a time and date for pickup.
Place your items in a disposable bag, packing one bag per service. Our team will collect your items, professionally clean them, and deliver them back to you
We offer flexible collection and delivery options to fit your schedule, making dry cleaning easy and hassle-free!
You do not need to itemise or weigh your laundry, we will do it for you at our facility.
Do I need to count all the items in my laundry bag?
No! Just simply pack one bag per service you’ve selected and our team will take care of the rest. We'll sort and count your items upon arrival and send you an itemised receipt with the details.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, we do have a minimum spend requirement of £20.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours. However, this can vary depending on the type of items and the service you choose.
Same-day service is available by request. Please speak with one of our customer representatives to arrange it.
What areas do you operate in?
We cover the majority of London and its surrounding areas. Please reach out to us if you are unsure if Droplet services your area.
Can I use your service if I’m staying in a hotel?
Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery to your hotel. Just provide your hotel details when placing your order, and we'll coordinate with the front desk or concierge to ensure your items are collected and returned hassle-free.
What if I am not home for collection or delivery?
No worries! If you won’t be home, you can leave your laundry in a secure, agreed-upon location, and our driver will pick it up. For delivery, we can leave your items in a designated safe spot or with a neighbour. Just let us know your preferences when you place your order.

We also handle delicate fabrics like silk, wool, and cashmere, as well as specialty items like wedding gowns, leather jackets. We also clean household items such as curtains, rugs, and duvets. Do you offer alterations and repairs?
In addition to our dry cleaning services, we offer professional alterations and repairs. Whether you need a hem adjusted, a zipper replaced, or a garment tailored, our skilled tailors are here to assist you. We offer alterations and repair services in all of our branches
Can you clean any stains?
We use advanced techniques to treat a wide range of stains. While we can't guarantee the removal of every stain, our expert team will do everything possible to restore your garment to its best condition. Our garment experts are happy to walk you through the process
Are my clothes cleaned or mixed with other people's clothing?
Your clothes are never mixed with other customer’s items. We handle each customer’s items separately to ensure the highest level of care and hygiene.

Does dry cleaning shrink clothes?
Dry cleaning typically doesn't cause clothes to shrink. Since it uses chemical solvents rather than water, the risk of shrinkage is minimised.
How often should I dry clean my clothes?
How often you should dry clean your clothes depends on the type of garment, how frequently you wear it, and the fabric. Here’s our general guide:
- Suits and Blazers: Dry clean after 3-4 wears. If worn infrequently, consider cleaning them seasonally.
- Dresses: Dry clean formal dresses after each wear, especially if made of delicate fabrics. Casual dresses can be cleaned after 3-4 wears.
- Pants and Skirts: Dry clean after 4-5 wears unless they’re visibly dirty.
- Sweaters: Dry clean wool or cashmere sweaters after 2-3 wears, or at the end of the season before storing.
- Coats: Dry clean once or twice a season, depending on how often they’re worn.
What types of fabrics require dry cleaning?
We recommend you dry clean garments that are made from silk, wool, cashmere, linen, rayon, acetate, velvet, suede and leather. Always check the care label on your garment for specific cleaning instructions. If you’re unsure, our garment experts will walk you through the best cleaning process for your garments.
