This is absolutely the best service and so incredibly run. We send our bed-linen every week – it’s our little luxury. Ordering a pick up and delivery time couldn’t be easier or quicker via their app. And even if they’re running slightly late, they let you know. Invoicing arrives very quickly after pick up and then you instantly know you’re in the system. Absolutely Droplet and would recommend to anyone who are in an area they cover.

The best app I’ve come across this year, it is priced very competitively and the service is always flawless! Plus, the customer service is first class! I have abandoned my customary dry cleaning shop as this is infinitely better! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Would 100% recommend, my items were all picked up on time and offered wash bags to make the process easier. The website was really easy to use. Driver collected and also delivered on time – again very happy with this service and will definitely use again.
