Would 100% recommend, my items were all picked up on time and offered wash bags to make the process easier. The website was really easy to use. Driver collected and also delivered on time – again very happy with this service and will definitely use again.

Absolutely fantastic. Reasonably priced, good app, pickup and drop off as advertised and you can even track your driver like you do on uber. I had a query with customer service who got back promptly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. No issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

This is absolutely the best service and so incredibly run. We send our bed-linen every week – it’s our little luxury. Ordering a pick up and delivery time couldn’t be easier or quicker via their app. And even if they’re running slightly late, they let you know. Invoicing arrives very quickly after pick up and then you instantly know you’re in the system. Absolutely Droplet and would recommend to anyone who are in an area they cover.

As for dry cleaning, I have brought in garments with tricky stains (including a delicate dress which saw the outdoor elements on a photoshoot) and they have always done a wonderful job restoring them. They can almost do the impossible!
